WX emergency pump
In situations where dangerous (flammable) fluids may be released, siphoning over of these fluids to a safe reservoir can be of the highest importance.
Furthermore, there is also an economic and environmental interest, because not all fluid will be lost. Think about this when you have many barrels or reservoirs containing possibly dangerous or precious chemical fluid. The ideal solution is now at hand: the WX emergency pump! With the help of this light and compact compressed air driven pump, nearly all fluids can be pumped away quickly and safely!

The WX emergency pump is compact and quickly usable
The WX emergency pump is a compact compressed air membrane pump which pumps away quickly and safely almost all fluids. The easy to handle pump, manageable by just one person, has a capacity of 25l per minute. With one 300 bar air tank, up to 250l of fluid can be pumped away. Of course any other compressed air medium (4-8 bar) can be used as power source.

Models

The WX emergency pump as a complete set
The WX emergency pump is delivered in a convenient case in which all necessary accessories are stored. In addition to the pump, the set consists of 2 hoses and a delivery hose, a 300 bar reducing valve, a compressed air hose and two earthed wires. This completes the set requiring only an air tank or other compressed air source to perform the most frequent pumping activities.

Teflon membrane optionally
The pump is produced standard with a nitrile rubber membrane. Optionally there is also a version with a Teflon membrane which offers even better chemical resistance. Naturally, a complete chemical resistance list available with, among other things, the differences between the NBR and the PTFE versions.

Different models
The pump is also available in a version that can pump 50 l per minute. Also, a ready-to-use version is available that is placed in a solid metal frame. Moreover, there is a bigger diversity of pumps available in this programme, like the special drum pumps for different liquids.
